Up and coming local designer Angela Chen of Orange NYC familiarizes us with the expression, “actions speak louder than words”. Sporting her new line at the 2009 Vancouver Fashion Week gave way for her to show off her creativity skills with minimal words.

As every girl knows that an absolute closet must-have is that perfect little black dress. OrangeNYC gives way to a new meaning of that perfect little black dress; the frock.
